Built on Craftsmanship, Accountability, and Local Knowledge
Alfa Construction is a design-build general contractor based in North Riverside, Illinois, serving homeowners and businesses across the Chicagoland suburbs.
One Team, Accountable for the Whole Project
Alfa Construction was built around a simple idea: the people who design your project should be the same people who build it. Too often, homeowners and business owners are stuck between an architect who doesn't build and a contractor who didn't design — and any gap between the two becomes the client's problem.
We work differently. Our team takes a project from an idea and concept development through design, permitting, and construction, so there is one accountable point of contact from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Every project is treated as a partnership. We listen first, design around how you actually live or operate your business, and build with the same care whether it's a kitchen remodel or a full commercial buildout.
Idea & Concept
We start with your goals, budget, and site conditions to shape a concept that works.
Design & Plan
Concepts become drawings and a clear scope, schedule, and budget before construction starts.
Build & Finish
Our crews execute the plan with regular updates, ending in a final walkthrough with you.
